1. Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel their purchase within 3 days without penalty.
2. Cancellation Fees
If cancellation occurs more than 3 days after a confirmed order, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total purchase value will be charged.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowable cancellation period (within 3 days). Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
